Deliveries
The majority of our products are delivered within 10 working days. We do have to make small charges for products over
30KGS which have to be taken to floors other than the ground floor.
Standard Deliveries are from 8am to 5-30pm Monday to Friday.
However we also have a Saturday delivery service for which there is a small additional charge per unit this is for units under 30kg.
Ordering
To order small safes either phone, fax or email your order and state which floor delivery is to be made and if a lift
is available. For large safes please speak to our friendly sales team on Tel:020 8807 2225 who will fax or send you a
simple questionnaire form for the purpose of deliveries.
Installation
The majority of our safe products can be secured to either floor or a wall, please ask our sales team for charges. Tel:020 8807 2225
Guarantees
All Products have a manufacturers guarantee for at least 1 year which covers parts and labour, and most are guaranteed for at least 5 Years. The Fireking range guaranteed for Life
